Features

SNOWFOAM -136 foam concentrate has excellent multipurpose functionality it can be applied to various fires depending on the dilution ratio. This fire extinguishing agent can be proportioned from 0.2% to 6% in fresh, brackish or sea water.
Because SNOWFOAM – 136 can provide three different types of performance as a single extinguishing agent, it increases the efficiency of agent storage and greatly reduces the management costs of personnel and fire fighting equipment.

Three Functions Depending On The Proportioning Rate

1Wetting Agent 1%

• Can be used at CAFS 1% ( Compressed Air Foam System )
  • - Create a foam blanket which provides an insulating barrier between the fuel and air
  • - The foam clings to surfaces such as charred wood with minimal runoff, enhancing fire suppression and reducing water usage
• Effective in fighting many deep-seated fires and large-scale oil spill fires

2Class B Foam Concentrate 3%

• Non-fluorinated firefighting foam with tough and compact foam
• Effective at flame knockdown and vapor suppression
• Provides excellent fire fighting performance on Class B fires, ideal for application in the petrochemical, transportation, municipal and industrial sector

3Alcohol Resistant Foam Concentrate 6%

• Can be used for polar solvent/water miscible fuel fires such as alcohols, ketones, esters and ethers
• Excellent burn-back resistance to control polar solvent fires
• Fluorine-free with low viscosity, ensuring easy storage in the winter, and application to various firefighting equipment

Environmental Information

• 100% Biodegradable
• Due to low metal corrosion, this product can be used safely even in expensive fire fighting equipment

Precautions

• Keep the container or tank for storage sealed so as not to be contaminated by other substances, especially water
• Keep the container out of the sun and take caution to avoid severe temperatures
• The foam should not be mixed with an old foam concentrate
